Logistics platform
PSTracker
Mail carrier scanning and route logistics, integrated with USPS.
PSTracker is a mobile scanning and logistics platform for mail and parcel operations, built and operated by eRP Systems. It integrates directly with USPS and is deployed inside customer-controlled networks rather than as a hosted service.

The problem
Mail and parcel operations run on scan events. Every handoff — accepted, in transit, out for delivery, delivered — has to be captured accurately, in the field, often in places with no usable signal. When scanning fails or drifts out of sync, the downstream cost is not a missing row in a database; it is a package nobody can account for and a customer with no answer. Operators in this space also tend to have hard constraints on where data can live, which rules out a conventional multi-tenant SaaS model.
Our approach
We built PSTracker as a mobile-first scanning application backed by a service layer that reconciles local scan events against USPS. The mobile client is offline-first: carriers keep scanning through dead zones, and events queue locally and reconcile when the device regains connectivity. Because scan events are immutable facts rather than mutable records, sync conflicts resolve cleanly — an event either happened or it did not, so there is no last-write-wins ambiguity to negotiate. The platform is deployed into each customer's own network, which means the data never transits infrastructure we control.
What it does
Offline-first scanning
Carriers keep working through connectivity dead zones. Scan events queue on-device and reconcile automatically once signal returns, with no manual re-entry.
USPS integration
Direct integration with USPS for tracking and status reconciliation, so internal scan history and carrier-of-record data stay aligned.
Route and handoff visibility
Every custody change is captured as a timestamped event, producing a continuous chain from acceptance through delivery.
Deployed in your network
Installed inside customer infrastructure. Operational data stays within the customer security boundary, which clears procurement reviews that hosted services cannot.
