The problem
Buying or selling a used powersports vehicle or RV is a poor experience at both ends. General classified sites treat a jet ski like a couch — no structured fields for engine hours, trailer inclusion, or title status — so listings are inconsistent and buyers cannot compare like with like. Dealers and private sellers have genuinely different needs from the same platform, and marketplaces that optimise for one usually alienate the other.
Our approach
We built AllVHub around a category model that understands what these vehicles actually are. Listings capture the attributes that determine value in this market rather than generic classified fields, which makes search and filtering meaningful instead of decorative. Dealers and private sellers get workflows suited to their volume — bulk listing management for one, a guided single-listing flow for the other — on top of shared marketplace infrastructure. As a marketplace, it faces the cold-start problem directly, so the platform is built to stay useful at low liquidity in a category rather than only once it is dense.
